Every Holystone Distilling product is proudly distilled and bottled by hand at our distillery in Murray, UTAH.
Our efficient and unique production set-up enables us to reliably create ultra-premium spirits. We enjoy making unique recipes using high-quality, regionally and locally-sourced, raw ingredients. Our team handles every bottle, paying close attention to detail and quality control. Every bottle is filled, corked, and labeled by hand.

1 1/2 oz Holystone Distilling Cerúlea Gin
3/4 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Brüt Sparkling Wine
Grapefruit
Juniper Berries or your favorite dark berry
Rosemary Sprig
Pour Elderflower Liqueur into a wine glass with ice. Top with sparking wine, leaving enough room for the Cerulea Gin. Stir to combine.
Place a half grapefruit wheel inside the glass. Add juniper berries, and a rosemary sprig.

A Bosun, or Boatswain, is the senior member of a ship's deck crew, responsible for the components of the ships hull and skilled in all matters involving “marlinspike seamanship”. The most versatile, knowledgeable, and valuable member of the crew, the name, “Bosun” exemplifies the stereotypical seaman of olde. Whether taking a fast ship of the line into harms way, or safely bringing a merchant sloop across an unknown ocean. The backbone of any ships crew is the Bosun.
"Navy Strength" set a new standard for gin. Gin was often stored below deck near
gunpowder and some savvy officers noticed that if the gin spilt onto it and it failed to
light, it was diluted gin. If the gin-soaked gunpowder still lit, the gin was at least 114 proof
(57% A.B.V.) and hadn't been tampered with.

1.5 oz Holystone Bosun's Navy Strength Gin
1oz Ginger Liqueur
Soda
1/2 Lime
Ice
Pour Gin and Ginger liqueur into a shaker. Squeeze the lime into the shaker
Shake and then pour into a tumbler or copper mug.
Top with soda.
Garnish with Lime wedge.

The Queen of Gems, the pearl is the oldest gem and the only one that comes from the sea. Pearls have been status symbols of royalty and the subject of legends, and were once so precious they were only allowed to be worn by the ruling class. 8-10 blueberries
1.5 oz Perla Vodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz Pinot Noir
Muddle fresh blueberries at the bottom of an old fashioned glass and top with ice. Add vodka, lemon, and simple syrup to a mixing glass and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain over ice and blueberries. Carefully pour wine over a spoon into the cocktail to create a red wine "float."

Apparitions are common in nautical folklore. Stories of the Flying Dutchmen, or Mermaids, or mysterious creatures abound in legend and are credited with fiendish motives and friendly ones alike. Much like the oceans of the world, Absinthe Verte is a spirit steeped with legend and mystery.
Apparition Absinthe Verte is the result of years of research. It is made infusing grape spirits with WORMWOOD, FENNEL, and GREEN ANISE, it is then distilled before being infused with a blend of herbs and botanicals to achieve the final color and flavor; The same methods and ingredients used to create Absinthe Verte 100+ years ago.

2oz Holystone Distilling Absinthe Verte
1 Tbsp demerara sugar
Cub Soda
1/2 lime
Fresh Mint
Ice Cubes
Squeeze lime into your favorite glass.
Add sugar, mint, and the lime, then muddle until fragrant.
Stir in absinthe and swirl until sugar dissolves.
Add Ice and top with soda.
Garnish with more mint or lime wedge.

Shochu is a liquor that has been well-loved in Japan since the 16th century. Tsunami Shochu is a "Mugi-Shochu" so it is made from koji, rice, and barley. Tsunami Restaurant and Holystone Distilling are proud to produce this shochu using the same methods utilized in the 16th century on the island of Kyushu, including growing and cultivating the Koji, and a dual fermentation process. Tsunami Shochu is a once distilled, or "honkaku shochu”, and is unfiltered to preserve the true flavor of the ingredients.

Tsunami Shochu continues the commitment to bring exciting and different flavors to Utah. Soda
Ice
Toss all ingredients into a Highball glass and give it a stir.
Garnish with a lime or Orange slice.
